Quinta de Carvalhais Duque de Viseu Branco

Duque de Viseu Branco 2021 is a very attractive and elegant wine, full of liveliness - one of the main references of the Dão region for over a decade. The different castes that gave rise to this wine were then vinified separately in 16ºC controlled stainless steel tubs, and the fermentation occurred within 20 days. 80% of Duque de Viseu Branco final lot interns 4 months in stainless steel Cuba and the remaining 20% ​​interns in French oak wood during the same period.
