After a light pressing, the must macerated for 4 weeks in contact with the skins and stems. The grapes were then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 24 months, where it remained in contact with the lees, before being bottled. The wine aged for a further 18 months in the bottle after being released.
TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby color. The aroma presents a combination of red fruits reminiscent of blackberries and black plums. On the palate, it immediately impresses with its vivacity and complexity. Muscular and intense, it reveals great aging potential.
