Description
Intense ruby wine. Aromas of black cherry, violets and touches of vanilla. In the mouth it is very full -bodied, causing a sense of lightness by the freshness of flavors, ripening of tannins and live acidity. End of intense and long aftertaste.
Vinification:
Pinot Noir grapes are fermented in medium -sized stainless steel vats with temperature control. A minimum reassembly is used to ensure smooth extraction. After fermentation, 50% of the wine interned in French oak barrels for a period of 8 months. Finally, the wine remains in stainless steel to the final lot.
