Vinification:
Rosé is made from the first juice obtained when a vintage port is made. The mills are filled with grapes and before stepping, we opened the tap and let the juice drain. This results in a more concentrated vintage wine and a rosé wine, with large body and intense color. After a low temperature fermentation in a small stainless steel tank, much of the rose remains in the tank.
TEST NOTES:
A wine with attractive red fruits with a touch of wild strawberries. Completely dry in the mouth, this wine has good freshness and pleasant acidity.
