Vinification: These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in large wooden barrels and stainless steel vats, for 20 days. The wine is made by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is aged for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.

Test results:
Complex aroma, beautiful aromatic presence, lots of spice and berries, black fruit. Good structure in the mouth, very silky, with a fresh and appealing finish.
