Description
Grapes from the Quinta's extreme vineyards. Conduction in uni and bilateral cord, pruned in heel. Manual harvest, during the month of September, with careful selection of grapes. Spent in vats with pre and post fermentation maceration and dynamic temperature control. Aged for 12 months in 600 liter French oak barrels. Very balanced in the mouth and aroma, refined by aging in wood. Dense and smooth, it has a lot of fruit, balsamic fragrances and well integrated wood notes. The finish is intense, fresh and prolonged.
