Ventozelo Vintage Farm 2015

Balanced and ripe grapes, harvested by hand with a very careful selection. Total destemming. Intense maceration for 48 hours to extract all the good components. Fermentation in steel vats without stian under controlled temperature. Aging for 3 years in stainless steel and wood. Wine of retained color, with vivid violet tones. On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe fruit and very intense florals, such as cassis and blackcurrant, and subtle notes of menthol can still be perceived. In the mouth, despite the firm tannins, it has a balanced, fresh and prolonged aftertaste, with an excellent acidity that gives it an enormous freshness.
