Description

After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, at the entrance to the dega, these were refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. Citrine color and crystalline appearance. Seductive and pronounced aroma of citrus fruits, nuances of tropical fruits and a touch of orange blossom. The freshness revealed in the nose is transversal to the entire tasting, being soft, with good breadth and volume in the mouth.
