Description
Subject to consultation
After selecting bunches on the vine, upon arrival at the winery, these were chilled, destemmed, and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC. Citrine in color and crystalline in appearance. Seductive and pronounced aroma of citrus fruits, nuances of tropical fruits, and a touch of orange blossom. The freshness revealed on the nose is consistent throughout, appearing soft, with good breadth and volume on the palate.
