Following malo-in-the-steel fermentation, wines intended to join the batch of this Ataíde Quinta were transferred to 400-liter French oak barrels where they interned 8 months.
The Quinta do Ataíde has aromas of very mature red fruits, black plum and thyme. It has a good volume in the mouth, revealing spices and great freshness, in a well balanced set by polished and well integrated tannins.
