Winemaking:
The grapes are transported to vats where they are gently pressed and crushed. Fermentation and maceration follow, with temperatures carefully adjusted so that the quality of the must is not lost or damaged. A large part of the must is macerated in new French oak barrels, then undergoes alcoholic fermentation. Finally, the best wines are transferred to French oak barrels, where they age for about 10 months.

A great balance of sugars and acids, with ripe and sweet tannins.
