In a granite terroir and produced with almost 100 years of winemaking wisdom, our wines stand out for the sensory and cultural experience they offer and for their unique identity. This Grand Reserve comes from the oldest vineyards in Syria, at an altitude of 750m. The grapes were hand-picked and pressed whole bunches, using only the first squeezes of the press. It is then vinified in new and used 500L French oak barrels. Aged for 1 year in barrels, on total fermentation lees.
