This Grande Reserva comes from the oldest vineyards in Syria, at an altitude of 750 meters. The grapes were harvested manually and pressed in whole bunches, using only the first pressings. It is then vinified in new and used 500-liter French oak barrels. Aged for 1 year in barrels, on the lees during fermentation.
In a granitic terroir and crafted with nearly 100 years of winemaking wisdom, our wines stand out for the sensory and cultural experience they offer and their unique identity. This Grande Reserva originates from the oldest vineyards in Syria, at an altitude of 750m. The grapes were hand-harvested and pressed as whole bunches, using only the first pressings.
