Quinta do Crasto Rosé

Bright salmon color. Excellent intensity and aromatic expression, where fresh notes of wild fruits of the Douro and gentle floral notes are left. In the mouth, appealing, evolving into an elegant wine of good volume and polished structure, consisting of soft texture tannins and excellent minerality. A seductive wine, of great balance, which ends harmonious and very refreshing.

Vinification:
The grapes, from previously selected fields, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to a rigorous screening at the entrance to the cellar. Subsequently, they were dismissed and sent to the plane where they suffered a pelicular maceration of 8 hours, followed by a very smooth pressing. The pressed must has been transferred to a stainless steel cup where it was kept at a temperature of 8 ° C for 48 hours until it was decant. Alcoholic fermentation was performed on 14 ° C controlled stainless steel vats for a period of 15 days.
