Quinta do Infantado Reserva tinto

The wines of Quinta do Infantanta are produced, aged and bottled on the farm, located on the northern bank of the Douro, near Pinhão, on the subregion of the Gantelho, long known for the excellence of their vineyards. In the late nineteenth century, the fifth was acquired by João Lopes Roseira, ancestor of the current administrators.

Since the acquisition of the property, the Roseira family has progressively increased the area of ​​vineyards and specialized in the production and aging of fine wines. In 1979, the sale of the first wines of the Porto de Quinta began, renewing a very old tradition, lost more than 50 years ago.

The farm has about 23 hectares of vineyards, classified with the best classification in the Douro Demarcated region, using this as an inspiration to improve the traditional lagar vinification techniques and, taking advantage of the excellent grapes produced there, created Porto wines Natural of the highest quality.
