The manual harvest took place during the month of September after careful selection both in the vineyard and in the cellar, after treading in traditional granite presses, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with maceration for 45 days and aging for 18 months in 500-liter new French oak barrels. It is recommended that the bottle be opened 2 to 3 hours before serving. After being properly decanted. Winemaking: Pedro Sequeira, Filipa Pizarro and António Rosas.
Appearance: Intense ruby color, clear and bright.
Smell: A wine with an intense aroma of ripe red fruits.
Palate: An intense, elegant and well-structured wine, it presents ripe and very striking tannins with balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Its aromas highlight ripe black fruits together with balsamic aromas and spicy notes from its aging in barrels.
