Description
Vinification:
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes. Fermentation occurred in a cement tank with indigenous yeasts. He then interned 18 months in a cement tank and 600L barrels.
TEST NOTES:
Dark red. The smell to Campina opens in a avalanche of red fruits. Soft and living tannins, loaded with surprising acidity. Balanced structure of a witty young man who throws us to a spicy and aromatic ending that makes us come out of orbit.
