Description

Silval is a particularly open and accessible style of Vintage Port, with an accent on the exuberance of fruit. Ideal for Vintage Port lovers who don't want to wait too long, as it can be enjoyed young and full of fruit. However, it is an excellent Vintage Port wine that is also worth keeping in the cellar to age.

VINIFICATION: All the grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the must and then, during fermentation, they are again crushed in the Quinta's traditional stone presses.
