FEATURES OF THIS VINTAGE 2003
Structure and power A very rainy winter followed by a very hot summer.
This climate of extremes resulted in high levels of sugar and acidity. In other words, the ideal combination for perfect balance. As a result, our Vintage stands out for its structure, intense color and complexity of aromas.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the must and then, during fermentation, they are again crushed in the Quinta's traditional stone presses.
