Soft pressing of grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15º C.
Test results:
Salmon pink color. Fruity, with notes of strawberry, blackberry and cherry. Fresh, fruity and voluminous.
Advice from storing and serving:
Store in a dry, cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle must be stored in a horizontal position.
