Winemaking:
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak barrels (FML took place inside the oak barrels) and prolonged aging in the bottle.
Exam notes:
Light red color. Fruity, floral, spicy, earthy, with perfectly integrated wood. Full-bodied, velvety with a long and persistent finish.
Storage and serving tips:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
