Description

Winemaking:
Soft pressing, cold static defecation and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees and periodic bâtonnage.

Test results:
Citrus yellow color. Floral, fruity with citrus and tropical notes, mineral. Fresh, with an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity and a long finish.

Advice from storing and serving:
Recommended serving temperature 10 to 12º C.
