Quinta do Sibio Ananico is a dry and mineral wine, however, very fruity and with excellent acidity. A wine with great gastronomic versatility and excellent guard potential.

Ananico is the name of the portion from which this unusual and particularly aromatic white is produced. With fruity and floral notes showing immense freshness and complexity, it reveals a differentiated and charming aroma. An original wine that represents all the creative work around this historic Thursday, in the elaboration of another Great White of the Douro, which is distinguished by its very own character and unusual capacity for evolution in bottle.

Vinification: The grapes are pressed on pneumatic press, then the fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months before being bottled.
