Quinta do Síbio Ananico is a dry and mineral wine, yet very fruity and with excellent acidity. A wine with great gastronomic versatility and excellent aging potential.
Ananico is the name of the plot from which this unusual and particularly aromatic white wine is produced. With fruity and floral notes demonstrating immense freshness and complexity, it reveals a distinctive and enchanting aroma. An original wine that represents all the creative work surrounding this historic estate, in the production of yet another great Douro white wine, distinguished by its very own character and unusual capacity for aging in the bottle.
Winemaking: The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for a period of 6 months before bottling.
