Description
Citrine yellow color, clear and bright appearance. Aroma of lemon, floral resin (violets). Very complex, light oak sensation, soft vanilla. Good structure, with character, the acidity stands out and remains throughout the mouth, lingering with a spicy finish (ginger). The unctuousness of the oak is felt, without being overpowering in the mouth, due to the light aging and remaining on the lees.
