Description

 The color is deep ruby ​​typical of caste. In the nose a slight highlight of vegetable nuances that combine with thin notes of mature fruit and typical grade notes of caste, such as coffee and spices, offering a lot of complexity and intensity. In the mouth is elegant and soft, with round and soft tannins, something uncommon in the wines produced from the srsion caste. Vinification:
fermentation and maceration stem in stainless steel vats. 100% of the wine ages in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months in excellent natural aging conditions.
