Avidagos Branco

Winemaking:
The vineyard is set in very stony shisterous terrain and with excellent sun exposure. The different varieties are planted in plots, thus allowing perfect accompaniment. Manual harvest in small boxes. Total pursuit. Slight maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage on thin lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling.

Test results:
Straw color citrus with reflexes. Aroma with good intensity where the ripe fruit of the tree stands out. Creamy palate with balanced acidity, good mouth aroma and moderately long finish.
