Winemaking:
The vineyard is planted in very stony, schistous soils with excellent sun exposure. The different varieties are planted in plots, allowing for perfect monitoring. Hand- Colheita in small boxes. Total permanence. Light maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging on fine lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling.

Exam notes:
Straw-yellow color with reflections. Aroma with good intensity where the ripe fruit of the tree stands out. Creamy palate with balanced acidity, good mouthfeel and moderately long finish.
