Description

 Lot Dona Sylvia is prepared through the careful selection of the best barrels. The wine presents living notes of wild blackberries. It has an excellent concentration of full body fruit, and the wood gives it notes of exotic spices. Aging potential. This black fruity wine is full -bodied and complex. In the mouth it is persistent, it has solid tannins and aging potential.

Vinification:
This wine is produced with old vine grapes (over 90) from Quinta dos Frades. The grapes are manually sinforced, deceived and stepped on foot in granite mills where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, followed by the internship in French oak barrels. Aging and bottling for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Aged in bottle for 18 months.
