Description

The red saints wine is a red wine with aroma to wild red fruits and spices. A full -bodied and smooth profile.

Vinification:
Produced with old vineyards (over 30) from Quinta dos Frades, as described in 1951 in Diário do Norte, vineyards with an innovative disposition on slopes, and several vineyards on flat ground. The grapes are manually sinforced, deceived and stepped on foot in granite mills where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging process are conducted in stainless steel vats. Stage internship and traffic jam for stainless steel for 12 months.
