Description
Color Crystal Citrine. Fresh and mineral aroma, with exotic fruit and light toast of the barrel. In the mouth reveals great freshness and elegance with a long end of the mouth and a very gastronomic profile.
Vinification:
Total disgust, pressing and cold static decantation for 36 to 48 hours. Shared fermentation between stainless steel and french oak. Stage on thin -cuts until traffic jam.
