This wine has aromas of stewed fruit (blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries), with balsamic notes. On the palate, it presents a dense, fresh body, with polished tannins in perfect balance with the acidity.

The Quinta Serra d'Oura project was born in 2007 with the purchase of the land that now houses the vineyards and imparts to our grapes the unique characteristics of this terroir.

The essence of the project can be summarized in two ideas: to produce wines always focusing on quality rather than quantity, and to convey, as faithfully as possible, what the magnificent and unique terroir of Vidago has to offer through the two brands we are launching today: Quinta Serra d'Oura and Head Rock.
