Description

Aroma the black fruit jam. Full flavor with soft, fruity and toasted tannins, from final freshness to sweet cocoa.

Vinification:
After a strict control of the evolution of grape maturation in the vineyard, upon arrival at the cellar the grapes were deceived and smoothly crushed, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, with mechanical pisa, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control of 22-25 ° C. Malolactic fermentation took place in small stainless steel Cuba. A 12 -month stage in new French and American oak barrels preceded the traffic jam and a 12 -month end in the bottle winery.
