Description

Oenology

Meticulous and manual harvest respecting the integrity of the berries. A part of the grapes was vinified using the open-spout method, in small stainless steel vats (without contact with the skins) and the other through tanning (contact with the skins) in a lagar, both fermented without yeast inoculation. 18 months aging in French oak barrels, followed by 4 months aging in bottle.

Test results

Orange color, striking aroma of orange blossom due to skin maceration. In the mouth, it surprises with its unusual combination of structure, acidity and salinity.

A white wine to accompany intense cheeses, which will go equally well with white meats and oriental foods.
