Description
Vinification:
Manual harvesting for 15 kg boxes. Total destemming straight to the press and prolonged fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Test results:
It is a straight white wine, very aromatic. Tropical, floral and with a slight citric touch in the aromas. Medium body, good freshness and with the ever present acidity.
