The grapes are transported to the cellar immediately after harvesting in small boxes. They are then gently pressed before entering the fermentation process in stainless steel vats with a refrigeration system with temperature control, 15º to 18º. Selected fermentation yeasts are added. Maturation in the bottle.
Clear and citrine color. Slightly fruity aroma, with citrus nuances, some orange blossom and tropical stone fruits. Fresh mineral and evolved palate with a long and persistent aftertaste.
