Description
Produced in Quinta do Reguengo, a place chosen many centuries ago by Famlia Real to send family and settle there! The bird that inspires the brand is present in the solar's coats of arms and we want the wines to be so intriguing, sophisticated, fascinating and orginal like it.
The grapes are transported to the winery immediately after harvesting in small boxes. They are then gently pressed before entering the fermentation process in stainless steel vats with temperature control system, 15º to 18º. Selected fermentation yeasts are added. Maturation in the bottle.
Clear color and citrine. Slightly fruity aroma, with citrine nuances, some orange flower and tropical link fruits. Fresh mineral and evolved with a long and persistent end of mouth.
