Description
The aroma features fresh fruit and a perfect marriage to wood, which reveal themselves in the mouth with thin and elegant tannins, a beautiful long set of persistence.
Vinification:
The grapes were harvested in the vineyard itself near the winery after a careful selection to reduce production. The harvest was held at night. The different varieties were fermented separately in French oak vats followed the controlled temperature forcing a longer period of time. The wine interned for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels Second. The bottles rested in the cellar for 18 months before leaving the cellar.
