Description
Clean citrus yellow wine with apple and apricot aromas and notes of citrus fruits. Fresh, mineral, balanced and firm. Gastronomic profile.
Vinification:
After a careful selection at a screening table, the grapes were gently pressed. Use of indigenous yeasts to preserve the authenticity of terroir. Fermentation at 15-17ºC in stainless steel vats. Aging "sur lies" for 6 months.
