Description
Color Crystal Citrine. Clean and balanced aroma between fruit and minerality, with notes of tropical fruit and slight spices. Boca with clear and balanced acidity. Very fresh and long end.
Vinification:
Manual harvest. Careful selection. Direct pressing of berries. Fermentation in wooden barrels. 8 -month internship in French oak barrels.
