Description
On the nose is fruity and concentrated with notes of black currant, strawberry, a touch of chocolate and tea. The taste is fruity, mineral and offers a pleasant touch of chocolate, a pinch of black tea, cardamom and pepper. The tannins are slightly dry. Long aftertaste.
Vinification:
Stepping on granite tanks with controlled fermentation temperature. Part of Malolactic fermentation and all internship in French oak barrels (used and new) for 18 months.
