Description

Fruity and powerful aromas of blackberry and blueberry, toasted oak and sweet spices. On the palate it is fruity (blackberry, cassis,...), well balanced with subtle notes of toasted oak and chocolate. The tannins are slightly dry. Beautiful aromatic persistence.

Winemaking:
Foot treading in lagares (granite lagares traditionally used for Port wine) and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, part of the fermentation is malolactic and the entire aging process takes place in half new French oak barrels and the other half in second-year barrels for 18 months.
