Description

Fruity and powerful aromas of blackberry and blueberry, toasted oak and sweet spices. In the mouth it is fruity (blackberry, cassis, ...), well balanced with discreet notes of roasted oak and chocolate. The tannins are slightly dry. Beautiful aromatic persistence.

Vinification:
Square in mills (granite mills traditionally used for port wine) and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, part of the malo fermentation and total internship in new french oak barrels and the other half of the year for 18 months.
