Santos da Casa Alentejo Reserva Red 2018
Description

Deep purplish-red color. On the nose, it reveals red fruits, coffee, and chocolate. Complex with notes of damp earth. On the palate, fresh and flavorful red fruits stand out. Firm, persistent with an earthy character typical of the cooler areas of the Alentejo region.

Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly into the vat; 3 days of cold soaking; alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC to preserve the fruit flavors; Malolactic fermentation in new French oak (40% of the wine).
