Description

The nobility of the Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Fernão Pires and Viosinho castes, associated with the soil and the Microclimate of the Douro gave this wine personality and unique character. He fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Vinification: Cold pelicular contact, partial depletion pressing. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels. 40% in Cuba, Bâtonnage with thin -lengths.

Internship: He interned 60% of the wine for 6 months in French oak barrel and 2 months in a bottle.

Color: Citrine/ Alambreado

Aroma: Mature tropical notes, linked with slight abunileted and toast of the new wood stage

Flavor: Fruity, consistent, balanced and good acidity
