Picker and powerful secret point of valves in Trás-os-Montes. The boys around Rui Cunha convince with an extraordinary fall, but do not reveal the castes or the exact origin.

Ferment in lagar. Nearly a decade has the profile with which he was born. Lots of color and aroma, all of exotic and intense profile, licorice and hearing, spicy notes, even. Proof of mouth also with good evolution, full but agile, direct, very tasty, in a profile with predominance in maturation. Monumental!
