Description

TEST NOTES: Color: citrus yellow with green strings. Aroma: Complex aroma of tropical fruits, good minerality and floral notes. Palate: Strong, intense personality, good body and acidity. Fresh and vigorous ending.

Vinification: Mechanical vintage at night. Total disagreement. Maceration for about 8 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation with controlled temperatures (15 to 18ºC) in stainless steel tub for 10 to 15 days.
