Description
Very intense red. Highly concentrated on the nose, with notes of wood combined with stewed red fruits. Balanced on the palate with subtle and soft tannins, resulting in a harmonious, clean and persistent wine.
Total destemming followed by crushing; fermentation for 6 days in vats equipped with a refrigeration system and fermentation temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aged for twelve months in used French oak barrels.
