Description

Vinification:
Odd series results from a challenge launched to the Personology team of Pressos for the creation of different, special and unique wines. Wines with personal nature, created from the inspiration of the winemaker. Challenging common sense, the lonely odd series is born - a bold red that is affirmed in an area recognized for the excellence of his white wines, breads. The winemaking occurs in the Quinta da Romeira cellar, with soft reception and disgust to preserve the characteristics of the grapes to the fullest. Fermentation was followed by small mills with manual slob. After the alcoholic fermentation was over, the french oak barrels fermented. 24 -month internship in French oak barrels from 2nd to 4th year, followed by 10 months in bottle.

TEST NOTES:
Ruby color. Exuberant nose of ripe fruit, resembling wild berries, plum and eucalyptus sheet. In the mouth expresses well the region where it was produced, with great freshness associated with well -marked ripe fruit notes. The present tannins are silky and very elegant, the result of 24 months of internship in oak barrels. The aftertaste is persistent and salivent.
