Description

Concept inspired by the production methods of the finest Blanc de Blancs Champagnes. Captivating, sexy, unassuming.

Tasting notes: Crystalline straw yellow. Fresh citrus notes with some hints of white plum, blended with notes of "pain grillé" and spices. On the palate, a fresh, taut attack, with fine bubbles, good texture and persistence.

The Sexy Gold Edition winemaking process is born from a selective hand-harvest and a second fermentation in the bottle using the Traditional Method of sparkling wine production. The result is the purity and complexity of things made with soul.
