Tasting notes Intense ruby-violet color with an intense aroma of forest fruits with hints of spices and toffee from good French oak. In the tasting it is full-bodied, with ripe tannins. Balanced acidity and good persistence

Winemaking Vineyards under Integrated or Organic Production. Manual harvest. The bunches are selected on a sorting table and then the berries are lightly cracked and transported to gravity fermentation vats. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are natural and spontaneous.
