Description
The rosé sybbium is born on the Plateau of Alijó, known for its fresh climate and richer soils, where Touriga Nacional slowly matures all its aromatic character, freshness and acidity.
Winemaking and internship:
The grapes are pressed on pneumatic press, then the fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months before being bottled.
TEST NOTES:
An aromatic and expression rosé, with light nuances of strawberry, complex with floral and red fruits. In the mouth, it is full of fruity flavors, but at the same time complex and with good volume, ending the proof with a very lively acidity that gives it a balanced and full of character.
