Description
Deep, intense ruby color with a bright red halo. The predominant flavors are ripe, cooked black fruits. Sweet notes of vanilla and hints of mocha. The first impression on the palate is rich and full. Excellent balance between tannins and acidity, with a long and smooth finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by variety. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and transported to the fermentation tanks, where the winemaking process took place. Alcoholic fermentation lasted for approximately 8 days, at an average temperature of 26ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, the must was racked to separate the wine from the coarse sediments. It then aged in stainless steel tanks until the day of bottling.
