Description
Very attractive gold color with greenish tones. In the nose stand out scents of citrus flower between pear and some peach. In the mouth has a soft attack, with volume, presence of white fruit and a live acidity, ensuring a long and fresh ending.
Vinification:
After maturation tests, the grapes were harvested separately in their optimal aromatic/acid maturity. The must has been developed and pressed gently. It underwent static decantation, and after 24 hours it was transferred to fermentation vats, where it fermented 16ºC for 16 days.
