Description
Rose cherry color, intense cherry aroma and red fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced. Long final.
Vinification:
The grapes were harvested very early, ensuring natural acidity and frills. The must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by careful decantation. Fermentation at 16ºC for 18 days.
