Side Dishes: Salpico é ideal como acompanhamento de refeições e lanches do dia-a-dia e acompanha muito bem vários pratos de carne, alguns peixes e queijos.
Ruby red/bright violet. In the nose stands the intense aroma with red fruits and notes of wood: fruit of its internship in oak barrels. In the mouth has a soft attack, with some elegant tannins present. It has a balanced acidity and a long end.
Vinification:
After total and smooth crushing, it was macerated and fermented, reassembled in stainless steel vats of 26ºC controlled temperature for about 8 days. Reached the desired organoleptic balance, the must has been gently pressed.
