Description
Ruby in color, complex and elegant. The aroma is dominated by red fruit and subtle hints of spice. Its rich palate reveals a very delicate and fresh character, with smooth and well-integrated tannins. It has a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita into boxes up to 20 kg. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and indigenous yeasts.
