Distilled in a traditional criollo column, this Rum derives from a partial selection collected at full maturity by practicing organic farming for many years.

Of an aromatic richness without being aggressive despite its high alcohol content with notes of black tea and anise that mix with those of ripe cane and jam fruits (pear, apricot and plum).
